Oatsome reached out to us with a clear mission: to showcase their game-changing approach to breakfast. Their innovative products make healthy, delicious meals possible in just 60 seconds, redefining convenience without compromising on nutrition. Our challenge was to bring this vision to life on Facebook and Instagram, capturing the attention of audiences hungry for quick, wholesome solutions.
2 The Problem
Oatsome struggled to find the right messaging to effectively attract new customers. Additionally, their creative diversity lacked depth and substance, which made it challenging to engage audiences and showcase the true value of their innovative products. This resulted in higher CACs as ad spend increased over time, limiting their ability to scale profitably.
We developed a creative strategy aimed at identifying the core pain points of customers interested in Oatsome's products. To scale further, we needed to be 100% certain about the messaging that resonated most. Leveraging Meta’s data, we quickly tested and refined our approach, achieving impactful results in a short timeframe.
To sustain growth while allowing for a higher CAC, we created a cash flow calculation to ensure profitability at scale. Based on these insights, we developed a tailored product strategy that increased the AOV by 28% within the first three months, optimizing revenue generation while driving sustainable growth.
